A PR just to go through and clean up the English. WIP.

English cleanup is done but I noticed that there are some TD examples in the Figures that are obsolete and need to be updated.

I should also mention I commented out two sections (and references to them) giving best practices for non-WoT devices. These are declared out of scope earlier, so...
