The working branch in the main repo had gotten seriously out of date. This updates it with master, moves old material to archival, and replicates the updates recently done by @OliverPfaff wrt ACE and HTTPS, but applied to index.html instead of the (obsolete) Overview.html. I also added a reference to the WoT Security Best Practices document.
After merging this to working, we should immediately merge into master as well (and maybe discuss, again, whether we should keep working or delete it to avoid future confusion).
