I checked the links in the Readme file and realized some issues. The stable version links to an URL with master in it. I guess it should be main instead: https://rawgit.com/w3c/wot-security/main/index.html
I never heard about rawgit, so I visited their mainpage. Turns out the creator of rawgit wants to shut it down at some point. (At least 2019). It's a surprise it's still alive. We should move to another service instead.
