project structure modified #6

This PR changes the project structure from a LinkML centred structured to a more conventional project. I removed the project directory, which was odd for some and instead generate all the WoT resources in resources/gen directory. Due to this change, the Makefileis changed to deal with this.

All conflicting changes can be overwritten(this PR used) since they result from my previous PR which has regenerated everything.
