Review Discovery Requirements and Use Case Links #250

The Discovery requirements have been updated (see PR #242) and now link to specific use cases. The people below are listed as contributors and should review this information; we will also attempt to contact all use case contributors and send an email to the IG mailing list.

We will aim to complete this review by January 15. Please focus your comments on whether or not a link from a particular requirement to the use cases you submitted are appropriate or not.

It may also be useful to propose a missing requirement (or to expand the scope of an existing requirement) if your use case motivates it and it is not included already.

I have reviewed the requirements (bravo!) and how they are linked to use cases. I am satisfied that this work reflects well on the WG and encourage you to continue this excellent endeavour into 2024!

We reviewed the requirements with the authors of use case 2.1.3 (Irrigation in outdoor environments), and propose to add this use case in some of them, see https://github.com/w3c/wot-usecases/pull/256 Thanks, best for 2024.
