add a few more categorizations
~~under "private information" use "priv" for PII and "conf" for confidential - will split later~~
- Split up "private information" into two categories, "Private/PII" and "Business Confidential"
Add "Validation?" column to track whether info has been checked by UC submitter
will keep working on it and we will review in 2024

Labelled remaining rows as either "Mahda to do" or "McCool to do"
Some of the to do's might be best done with contributing parties, for example Retail w/ Conexxus/David Ezell.

Some overlap in "Private Information" and "Confidential Information". Names changed to "Private/PII" and "Business Confidential". However, there is often a requirement to keep PII confidential (but also other requirements, like expiry or deletion, restrictions on use, and so on). If something is Private/PII we will generally not also mark it as Business Confidential, which is meant to cover information OTHER than Private/PII information.
