Based on the discussion in today's meeting, I am proposing to change the readme. This can be considered as a basis of discussion where @chachamimm can simply create smaller PRs if needed.

Mention the possibility of using GitHub issues for submitting the Use Case
Remove all terminology and use cases from the readme. My reasons are:
The existing use cases are simply in the editor's draft. No need to link them here. Plus, the links were dead.
The terminology lives in the editor's draft. Having them here creates redundant information
