Some typo fixes
Changing required fields to optional

If submitter's email address need, text area for it need to be added . Its text area maybe be optional.

Might be best for you to update this PR to match my issue rather than me making a conflicting PR. Also - not sure asking for email on the form is the right approach, people may not want to make their emails public (because spam).
