I am also noticing some issues:

• There is too much information that is asked that I am not able to answer. What will we extract from all questions starting with Potential Adopters, Applications?
• We should add existing github issue. It can be that there is an issue already tracking this.
• The questions "Existing standards outside W3C" and "Expected relationship with existing standards outside W3C" are not clear. What is the difference between the two?
• Same question as above but for "Other WG's standards, e.g., HTML/CSS, Device APIs, DID/Verifiable Credentials, JSON-LD and RDF" and "
• Internationalization consideration is probably not clear for people outside W3C.
