mistake/freudian slip in WoT Use Cases #228

In the use cases section, "Adaptive Buildings" (https://github.com/w3c/wot/blob/master/ucr-doc/wot-ucr.xml#L28) it is said

For instance, in case of emergency, the acustic alarm sirens are insufficient for death people.

This may be apparently true, still I propose changing death to deaf for a better fit to the described use case 😃.

Maybe "Hearing Impaired"

Maybe hearing impaired would be better. Should also fix "the acustic alarm". Should be "acoustic".
