Changes proposed in my earlier [comments](#36 (review))
Editorial changes for the FPWD publication and beyond:
- Localized files that must be local (common css file, orcid logo)
- Prepared the files for the future usage of Echidna: created a snapshot folder, added the Echidna manifest, prepared a future .travis.yml file

I have made all the changes I mentioned plus some more; if you agree with them, merge the branches without further ado...

Good enough based on inspection of html, but can't preview formatted view. Will double check example 16 post merge.
