Re-organization of repository

This PR updates the structure of the repository so to isolate the specifications from each other.

Web Publications is moved into the /webpub folder together with the experiments, images, explainers, and snapshot files related to it
A redirect is left in index.html for any existing references to the editor's draft
A new folder is added for audiobooks - includes a copy of the snapshot directory for publishing
The common css is moved into each specification to avoid publishing problems later
The .travis.yml is updated and a deploy.sh script added to allow publishing the different specifications from different branches

Remaining todo is to add a publishing token for audiobooks.

And if it helps with this PR, viewing the branch might be easier for the structural changes than trying to sift through the changed files.

didn't we decide to stay with the one-doc-per-repo model? If so, this PR should be closed without merge...
