Automatic speech recognition should not replace current communication method at this point of time.

@fbdreamer @WDannels Would it be sufficient for us to add a note to this user need which states:

NOTE: The WFD and IFHOH have issued a joint statement that ASR should not replace current communication methods, such as Telecommunication Relay Services (TRS) and Captioning services.

Would this provide a good guide to the reader that it is only recommended in certain contexts?

From my view, yes, this is sufficient to remind readers that the automated technology is not a replacement for assistive services at this time. Depending on its placement, we should spell out the acronym(s) if ASR is not spelled out prior. The docs do great with that already so just a minor note. I defer to @wdannels for additional.
