Localization seems to be not working properly #748

Some text does not exist in localized files
Some text exists in localized files but translation does not take effect

The most serious is STATISTICS OF W3CHAMPIONS and TOURNAMENTS like

GAMES PER DAY
Matchup Lengths - Select Race's Race
Survival Chaos
Default prompt text for input boxes
