Lgtm, except library is included in the list of words that it sounds like you're saying maybe isn't widely understood...that seems confusing, no?

Sorry @bkardell this PR was a massive cockup so I closed it and opened a new one but I think I've confused you. Sorry for wasting your time, and if you don't mind please do take a look at https://github.com/w3ctag/polyfills/pull/18 instead. I think based on your feedback above it should be fine, and I will merge it, but feel free to provide additional feedback
