It looks like there are some other changes that haven't gotten in the index.html too. Let me know if I need to drop some of them.

Noticed https://github.com/w3ctag/security-questionnaire/pull/144 got merged last month but the changes haven't showed up in https://w3ctag.github.io/security-questionnaire/#non-fully-active or https://www.w3.org/TR/security-privacy-questionnaire/#non-fully-active yet (the question about non-fully active bfcached documents is still the old version instead of https://pr-preview.s3.amazonaws.com/w3ctag/security-questionnaire/144/dc1a7f4...rakina:2b19dca.html#bfcache.
