imToken also received a donation from the Web3 Foundation. Does that meet the requirements #453

As far as I know, Imtoken is a commercial software maintained by Chinese developers. They have their own profit model. Why do they accept Web3 Foundation's sponsorship? Can you give a reasonable explanation

Thanks for your interest in the web3 grants program. They delivered open source software as part of this grant (see for example) that can be used by others to develop their own wallet solution. We generally also support regular companies via our grants program as long as the deliverables are fully open source and useful for everyone in our ecosystem.
