Update a bunch of dependencies #76

ArrayVec generic args changed slightly. (was doing this to get everything on the same sha2 version)

let me see how easy it is to switch away from curve25519-dalek-ng/subtle-ng

We'll stick with -ng versions until we've a good reason otherwise.

I've merged the commits here that made sense, everything except 5334cb6. We're ready to publish a new version?
