The proposal page is not accessible (from link or direct request).

Once online, I get the same error.

The expected behavior is:

When a user clicks on a proposal link (homepage), he gets to the corresponding proposal page (i.e. http://localhost:3000/proposal/94244564871540820318016662327007309725542822373476353519078913013368249574103/).
When a user land on a proposal page from an external link (i.e. http://localhost:3000/proposal/94244564871540820318016662327007309725542822373476353519078913013368249574103/), the page loads correctly.

It already works in a dev environment (npm run dev) but not with the online build: https://gov-ui.on.fleek.co/proposal/94244564871540820318016662327007309725542822373476353519078913013368249574103/
