Live video streaming not happening #22

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open the app press the start button it will display the camera view and 
Server ip.
2. Open the web browser(Chrome) enter the server ip address. 
3. Mobile start capure the video but i can't able to see the video in the PC 
web browser.
4. Once i press the EXIT buton in the app mobile captured video will be started 
run in the PC flash player.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Android mobile display and the PC access display should be same(Live).

Once i try to access android mobile from PC its not showing what we capturing 
in the mobile once i closed the IP camera app then PC started showing the 
captured video from the mobile.  

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Webcamera V1.1 and the       OS:Android 2.3.4

Please provide any additional information below.
