Hi Rick, I fully understand the first screen shot. One or both of the Multus IQ sound devices were set to default. The second screen shot is a mystery. Please run the mscc-pw-cfg.exe manually. Simply click (or double click on the name). It is located in the release package folder. It should present the same screen as in the operators guide.
I got it working I think. And my mistake. I used Zigat to install the missing library as I began to suspect I had never run the software on this laptop. Apparently I was right. I need to go through the calibration procedures but so far so good.

Describe the bug Numerous errors reported and install failed. New firmware was first installed in Proficio which went fine. I never got the screen described in the manual that should occur when activating the shortcut to run MSCCPW the first time. I'll attach screen shots of the first errors encountered. I believe I fixed the audio issue reported earlier by changing the default port to the internal computer sound card.
