USB error #13

Apparently doesn't seem to find comm port A clear and concise description of what the bug is.

Expected behavior When I boot MSCC-PW I told to send in the error report file so I'm attaching that file as I have no idea what the problem actually is. The additional problem is that I have no idea where this logfile is. When I looked for it in the MSCC-PW folder I don't see any such thing.

Hi Rick, Please provide a screen shot. To provide the logfile(s) go to the release folder / utilities. Click on backup-logfiles. It will create a zip file. Attach the zip file to this issue report.

Hi Rick, When MSCC-PW was run for the first time, and the configuration screen was presented, COM3 was specified for the CAT control. MSCC-PW can not find that serial port. Start MSCC, click on the System tab, and then click on the RESET button. Stop MSCC (main tab EXT button) and then restart MSCC. The configuration screen will be presented. 73, Ron
