[FEATURE] Ability to change default folder when WIN+E #5

[X] I have checked "open" AND "closed" issues and this is not a duplicate

Proposed Solution

User sets a default path for new tab to open when Win+E is pressed. If default folder is deleted is should go to home.

That's a good idea, I am already working on something similar, Which is to allow for custom shortcuts, You can assign any shortcut you want to open a custom folder path of your choice.
