[BUG] Can't open the recycle bin when any folder is already open

Describe your issue:

If no windows explorer is open, then when I click on the recycle bin icon on the desktop the recycle bin opens, but when any windows explorer already exists then when I click on the recycle bin icon a new tab with "this pc" (or "home" depending on the settings in the system) opens.

Same here: if there is no file explorer window open, the recicle bin opens just fine, but if there is, it opens another "home" tab.

Same here. shell:RecycleBinFolder opens new Home tab.
