During execution of python w4sp_webapp.py the address https://apt.dockerproject.org/repo debian-stretch In Realease Release 404 not found [ IP: 99.86.158.105 443] What can I do?

I bought the book written by Bullock and Parker....I try to follow every commands....but the error above I can't solve it.
