I have never seen any of the scrapers hosted in the xbmc-adult repository that
use scene images as fanart... or output fanart at all for that matter.
To be honest using scene images as fanart is probably not the best idea as it
means that the XXX rated scene images will be displayed full screen in the
background of most skins when you skip over an adult title in your movie
library.
Anyway... out of curiosity I took a look at this scraper (and also
metadata.movie.aebn.net) and all revisions since its inception (there were only
two) and I can't find a single piece of code that would output "fanart".
I can only assume that the aebn.gay scraper that you were using previously came
from somewhere other than the xbmc-adult repo.
This scraper was just a mod of "metadata.movie.aebn.net" scraper done by one of
the users on the XBMC.org forums (User "chemybkk" apparently)... it is possible
that this user (or some other user) continued development of the scraper
outside of the xbmc-adult repository.
For the moment I'm just going to file this as a feature request and see what
sort of feedback we get...
Also if you happen to locate a copy of the version which uses scene images as
fanart please attach it so that we can take a look.

Sorry for any misunderstanding i have never seen a aebn scraper with fanart,
i'm saying it would be good - like the tvdb scraper has a frame from the
episode as the fanart. I'm not concerned with the XXX fanart as many of the
covers are already XXX and all my adult content is in a separate profile :)
hope this clarifies everything.

The TVDB scraper may appear to do that but it is actually scraping fanart from
the site... its just that people often put screengrabs as placeholders when
there is no fanart currently available.
AEBN etc. would be a completely different story though as it is not a community
database and all content is uploaded by AEBN... also there isn't just one
screengrab per title but rather there are several screengrabs per scene.
