Summary
Feedback from Mark Holland KD0EE noticed that MorseRunner 1.81 does not have the same key assignments that N1MM+ uses. We are currently progressing on N1MM integration, however, we could also have the keys assignable so that the program can easily be used with other programs. Please see the discussion inside the Morse Runner 1.81 announcement Here: https://github.com/w7sst/MorseRunner/discussions/80#discussioncomment-4241125 and here: https://github.com/w7sst/MorseRunner/discussions/80#discussioncomment-4241539 ## Motivation Assignable Keys would allow the user to better emulate how they use keys during a real contest. ## Detailed Description There could be a separate popup from the menu for assignment or before a contest starts a drop down from each of the buttons assigning it to a function. ## Additional context This issue is related to #97 "Name the 'Radio' section" idea to have different radio names. When this issue is finished we may want to have each radio have pre-selected assignments. Thus a radio named "N1MM Radio" when selected from the dropdown would match this logging program assignments. We might also want a user-defined radio for easy pre-selection so the user doesn't have to reprogram a unique assignment for each key.
