Wrap up 1.85 release

Our next release, v1.85, adds the ARRL Sweepstakes Contest and fixes some quality issues.

This task will track the remaining work, including testing and release notes. Please add additional Tasks below if I'm missing something.

• I will post a Release Candidate build in the next day or two.
• Scott is on vacation through this weekend and returns after 9/14.
• Let's target September 28 to let this out the door (or before if we get it done sooner).

Hi Bob, Others will be testing the new Sweepstakes contest - I think Jim, K6OK, has this one covered.

If you have time to help test this upcoming v1.85 release...

• perhaps you can re-test any of the contests that you are normally using. This will help make sure that nothing is broken.
• or, look at the remaining issues listed above (under Tasks). If interested in any of those, take a look at them and see if you can verify one of them. If so, please let us know about any progress you made and we can mark the Issue as verified.

The "Pause" and other features you mentioned are associated with an upgraded GUI that Jim, K6OK, has been working on. This new UI will come out in a future release (v1.90) later this year or early next year.
