[WIP] First early Godot 3.2 compatible version

This is first Godot 3.2 compatible version of Tanks of Freedom!

Still a lot of work left to do like:

[ ] - test audio - I had most of the time disabled, because I focused mainly on graphics/scripts
[ ] - fix broken map editor
[ ] - restore regex check - used to validate map names
[ ] - online - I never used network side of Godot so probably this will not be completed
[ ] - typed gdscript - for now variables are dynamic typed
[ ] - test all maps - checked map 1 and 2 and works well
[ ] - fix memory leaks - for now there is a lot of memory leaks

Left side version this PR, right side ToF version 0.7

All of the 'move_and_collide' changes look like automated refactor, should be reverted in a future commit - especially 'remove_and_collide'.

@WermooZ do you want to have a look at the audio scripting? It's 3.2, so it would be nice to have a new, reusable audio code.
