New games start on wrong turn if started during computer turn of old game.

When I try to restart a campaign mission by hitting 'campaign' during the AI's turn of a campaign mission, the turn switches at start of the new game.

It seems the AI is not stopped when the map is unloaded, and once its turn ends it triggers a turn switch.
