Firebase tools package is outdated #85

The firebase tools package should be updated from 9.2.0 to 9.4.0 or higher. Google improved the performance and reliability of cloud functions for firebase deployments in release 9.4.0 https://github.com/firebase/firebase-tools/releases/tag/v9.4.0
