Bridge setup with MetaMask mobile has UX issue when trying to copy the BAN addy for deposits #123

MetaMask on mobile doesn't allow copying text to the clipboard. Instead we should display a read-only input field allowing monkeys to manually copy the address, while still displaying with a small width.

Deposit dialog may have the same kind of issues.
