Load prices from CoinGecko instead of PancakeSwap API #59

PancakeSwap API (https://api.pancakeswap.info/api/v2/tokens) has not up-to-date prices.

Probably best to fetch all prices from CoinGecko: https://api.coingecko.com/api/v3/simple/price?ids=banano,busd,binancecoin&vs_currencies=usd
