Mining dim wont chunk load #7

Using RFT builder quarry outputting to ender chest.

Back at base ender chest is being imported to RS system via importer with 4 stack upgrades. While watching chest in mining dim, quarry is running smoothly, and items are being pulled out of ender chest. After going back to base, watching chest appears that items are being put in at the quarry but after about 10 seconds it stops and the chest empties out, with nothing new coming in.

Area where builder is as well as quarry shape area is all chunkloaded but not behaving like it is.

This appears to also happen in the nether, so I thought maybe something to do with FTB chunks. I made sure force loading was on. Using ranged pump in nether would stop loading the area, with and without FTB chunk loading (ranged pump is supposed to chunk load itself).

And yet when I set up the builder pump, that is working fine.

This is an issue with FTB chunks v1801.3.4-build.127- pending update
