initial attributes should be written to connRes file during model run but aren't #8

FIXED: Because individuals are first written to the connRes file when switched from "active"=FALSE to "active"=TRUE, "active" should be FALSE for all individuals in the initial attributes file. The observed problem occurred because the initial attributes file was a stripped-down version of a previous results file, with "active"=TRUE for all the individuals. This is not specific to the snow crab IBM but pertains to all DisMELS IBMs.
