E-Learning or In-Person Learning?

Like #3, this came up in a in-person discussion.

Acceptance Criteria

• There is a decision whether HackerTree will be online, in person or both.

Both approaches have advantages and disadvantages. Here are some that came to my mind:

• in-person learning enables the teacher to react to the student's individual questions and challenges
• e-learning offers a consistently good or bad (depending on the quality of the material) learning experience, while with in-person learning that depends on the educator's teaching skills
• e-learning simplifies the collection of progress statistics (see #3) and thus allows for more "objective" quality assurance
• on the other hand, in-person learning allows for more immediate feedback from the student

Personally, I am currently not interested in implementing an e-learning solution, but that does not mean that the framework we lay in this project cannot be used for both.
