GoogleMaps - GeoLocation zoom

At times, the GoogleMaps load does not zoom into the current GeoLocation.

Facts:

• GeoLocation is enabled
• Google Maps defaults to Zoom 2

Behavior:

• upon refresh should zoom into the current GeoLocation of the user, at zoom 13

Console: [Violation] Only request geolocation information in response to a user gesture.

Investigate:

• OnLoad (refresh): should reevaluate the GeoLocation logic
• Currently initial load will perform the GeoLocation + Zoom; but upon Refresh (F5), it does not use the CurrentPosition GeoLocation.
