you could export it by mail to yourself and import it later from your mailbox.
or send it somebody else.
the problem with local export/import is the missing mime-tpye.
but i will think about this problem.

Yep, and a COMPLETE (plans, rules, groups, hours /allin1/) export option to SD
will be superb!

How would I be able to import from my own exported settings when clicking on
Import opens up this site?

clicking the mail attachment directly from your mail client should bring up cm3.

add offline import (import from sd) and this would be really great! If you
would include that in the paid version, it would be nice as well

Hello. I tried the e-mail workaround but it won't work. I emailed the exported
file to my Gmail account but when I try to open the attachment from the Gmail
client it opens with google docs and it says that it cannot open the file. I
also tried with the htc email client but it says, when I try to open the
attachment, that it has no program associated with it. What can I do?

you can put the export file on the sd card and launch it with a filemanager.
recent cm3 versions should handle the intent and import the file.

Issue 565, the solution, set the mime type correctly... but how do i do that!?
Original comment by DragonVa...@gmail.com

sending it by call meter does set the mime type.
if lost once, you need to set it in your mail client by hand. i have no idea,
which mail clients do support this.
in faq/comments are step-by-step howtos to get your rules on the phone. (as
long as this is not implemented by the app directly)
