start handeling international issues

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.write an international text from the united states to south america
2.see how to split into domestic and there's a no spot for international
3. See how they're no logs for anything international

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
At the VERY least work with international

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

If you really want to have some class and stand out more than a cheap app you 
will examine bills from many different companies and then have user select 
company and truly appropriate data points to fuse together using current rates 
and hitches in plans.  What you did thougha high school student could do it.

Geta clue and learn how to put common data points together and those that are 
unique how Rio handle then with the care of someone that needs this. I suspect 
around the world there will be many exceptions to the rules you have.  Right 
now itsa weak ass program, but it has potential for greatness.

in call meter ng things like that are not possible.
call meter 3g has ways to split plans by number prefix to get international 
calls/text split.
