Call logs - roaming is always 0 #927

On my mobile, a nexus 4 with os version 4.4.2 installed, all calls in the 
exported csv have the entry for roaming set to 0 even if I was abroad roaming.

Using call meter 3g version 3.10

Could it be that call meter is reading the android call logs incorrectly?

Or is this an error in nexus 4?

there is no roaming flag in android's call logs. Call Meter tries to detect the 
roaming state at the time of discovering the new logs.
this makes cm3 unable to detect roaming state from past logs before cm3's 
installation.
