Log for 2nd SIM Calls Out shows blank Plan and Rule

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Make an outgoing call using 2nd SIM.
2. Check Logs.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Plan and Rule for the outgoing call should be indicated in the log entry, but 
both are blank. Incoming calls, however, show the correct Plan and Rule in the 
log.

What version of the product are you using?
"Last" is not appropriate. Make
sure you tell at least which app you are using. On what operating system?

Call Meter 3G, Version 3.11.1-5-g60d1b1f-logRelease
Android 4.2.2
