i want to divide local and std minutes seperately #976

What steps will reproduce the problem?

1.I am airtel postpaid customer, India. I just want to know how to configure 
local and std calls seperately. I have 360 free local minutes and 960 free std 
minutes. My plan is Airtel (599 My Plan)

2. I am expecting that to see local and std calls seperately instead of all 
minutes.(i.e. all outgoing calls)

3.Call meter 3G V3.11.2(version of application)

import the (german) "split landline/mobile" rule set from the website/from 
within the app. then change numbergroups, limits and cost.
