Can't find a way to put 'call out' under the 'now ' tab #986

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. I accidently deleted 'calls out' under the 'now' tab and can't find out how 
to bring it back.

What version of the product are you using? Call meter 3G 3.11.2
"Last" is not appropriate. Make
sure you tell at least which app you are using. On what operating system? 
SM-N9005

you need to add a new plan for calls and point the rule "calls out" to this 
plan.
the simplest solution is to reimport the default rule set in settings.
