App does not open up #996

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Trying to open app
2. Just see a black screen, have to shut down and restart cellphone
3. Used data not counted when screen is black

What version of the product are you using?
3G v3.11.2

On what operating system?
Android 2.3.4

please provide logs of that kind of event.
eg. use sendlog to send the logs.
