Added a togglePlayback Result for toggeling playback (#1) #28

Added a togglePlayback Result that first checks the current IsPlaying status and then preforms action based on the result eg. Pause, Resume. Added a toggle.png for both the light and dark mode

I believe that a Toggle Button Is a good addition that will allow the user to quickly pause and unpause the playing track
