Here are also some great resources for XMPP users.
If you're looking for a public XMPP server to use, check out this list: Public XMPP servers, xmpp.404.city, Darknet. And if you're interested in XMPP clients, this site has some helpful information: OMEMO.
If you have any other resources you'd like to share, please feel free to do so!
Avaliable packages:
We're excited to announce that Wayback now supports XMPP! If you're interested in trying it out, you can send a message to wabarc@xmpp.is
to experience it for yourself.
If you'd like to configure your own XMPP service, you'll need to set the following environment variables:
Once you've done that, simply run wayback -d xmpp
to start using the feature.
However, we want to let you know that some XMPP clients may not support pubsub (XEP-0060), so we currently only support receiving XMPP messages. We do not plan to provide XMPP publishing mode at this time.
After extensive testing, we're confident that the XMPP feature is ready for release. Thank you for your interest in Wayback and happy archiving!
The bot appears to be offline, or at least the XMPP account the bot uses.
Please provide another account or several accounts.

@GreenLunar Thanks for your report!
