Hangs on downloading modlist #1969

Describe the bug

When I try to download a modlist, it starts and then quickly just hangs indefinitely. I see the file in downloaded_mod_lists but it's corrupt if I try to run it directly.

Enabling the network workaround in the settings resolved my issue.
