Wabbajack application runs extremely slow and turns my monitor display on and off until I have to close out of the application.

I have an i9-10850K CPU. I have also used older versions of Wabbajack in the past with no issues.

I found out that Wabbajack was automatically switching to HDR and had issues with it. I figured out adding the Wabbajack application to Windows Custom Options and checking the "Don't use Auto HDR" fixed the issue. Issue is now closed.
