[Feature Request] "Ignore Uninstalled Downloads" Toggle #2378

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

Mostly just a QOL feature request.

Describe the solution you'd like

An "ignore uninstalled downloads" toggle on the compile screen so that old versions of mod files or removed mods don't get downloaded nor required for compilation.

Describe alternatives you've considered

Not being an idiot and forgetting to remove uninstalled downloads. 😆
