I have a question about the representation of the 3D MALDI MSI data of mouse kidney (Figure 6f in the NC paper). Recently, I have generated 3D datasets and want to build the 3D model for data analysis. However, I can not find the pipeline or information of this step. Therefore, could you please kindly give me more information or the name of the tool for this step.
